The Cooking and Wine Seminar starts at 1 pm with a reception on our castle terrace.
You will get to know our executive chefs personally while enjoying a glass of Riesling vintage sparkling wine from the Rheingau and get in the mood for an interesting and pleasurable evening. After that you will learn interesting facts about topics such as merchandise knowledge, arrangement and preparation of commodities and the perfect arrangement and decoration of plates. The jointly prepared menu constitutes the finale that you will enjoy with the corresponding wines in our restaurant.
