French food stands for pleasure. It is not for nothing that the saying “Eat like God in France” exists. The classics on the menu include oysters, vineyard snails, bouillabaisse and Île Flottante, an egg white in vanilla sauce.

The wines of France are also world-famous and play a central role in French cuisine. The BRASSERIE SALON was designed for an intimate and informal atmosphere with family or business partners.
